I took the advice of on of the people who commented and added a little peppermint extract to the almond bark and sprinkled crushed candy canes on top. I put them in cute Christmassy paper muffin cups and in holiday tins and have been giving them out as Christmas thank you gifts. I love having the holidays as an excuse to bake :)

And yes kitty, they are good. I'm taking some to work tomorrow, and sending the rest with Tom so I'll stop eating one every time I open the fridge....
